Made to Order Items:
Each of our items is carefully crafted to order, ensuring quality and attention to detail in every piece. Please allow approximately 10 to 14 working days for delivery. Delivery times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends.

Dispatch Days for Items in stock:
All orders are posted Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Shipping Method:
All items are shipped via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Areas:
We currently ship across the UK. For international orders, please contact us
directly before purchasing.

Delivery Times:

• UK Orders: Typically arrive within 1–4
  working days after dispatch.

• International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs.

Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Collections:

You can collect your order from our Shotts Office during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00, and Saturday: 09:00 - 12:00.

To collect on Friday or Saturday, please place your order by 3pm on Thursday.
